All instruments crafted by Baruke Guitars are covered by a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.  In the event that any guitar built by Baruke Guitars is determined by Baruke Guitars to be defective in materials or workmanship, Baruke Guitars will, at it's discretion, repair or replace the guitar.  The purchaser shall assume and pay the cost of all shipping and postage charges involved in repairing or replacing the guitar.  

Damage resulting from normal wear, accidents, misuse, exposure to humidity or
temperature changes is not covered under this warranty. Unauthorized
repairs, alterations, or installations may void this warranty. Any part or
accessory not manufactured by Baruke Guitars, such as cases or pick-ups will
not be subject to this warranty, but to the warranty of the original
manufacturer of the part or accessory.
